Estimates, not
promised savings.

The number on a solar quote is a model, built on assumptions about weather, your usage and what the utility will charge in fifteen years. Anyone presenting it as a guarantee is selling, not advising.

How we work

A Florida installer that guarantees no savings

OHPEA LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, document number L23000473929, filed in 2023. Electrical and solar work is carried out by contractors licensed by DBPR under [FLORIDA CONTRACTOR LICENCE NUMBER], with permits and inspections completed as the local authority requires.

The sentence that matters most: we do not guarantee a saving, a payback period or a return. Production figures are models, and they depend on weather, shading, your usage and future utility rates and net metering rules that nobody controls. We also sell no financing, receive nothing from any lender, and do not recommend assessment-based financing that places a lien on your home. Tax credit eligibility is a question for your tax professional, not for us.

Frequently asked

The questions we get most

How much will I save?

We will show you a model and the assumptions behind it. We will not call it a guarantee, because weather, your usage and future utility rates are not ours to promise — and anyone who does guarantee a figure is selling.

My roof is fifteen years old. Should I go ahead?

Probably not yet. Panels last decades; a roof near the end of its life means removing and reinstalling the array later at real cost. We will tell you to replace the roof first even though it delays the sale.

Will this void my roof warranty?

Penetrations can affect an existing roof warranty. We identify that before work begins so it is your decision rather than a discovery.

Do you offer financing?

No, and we take no payment from any lender. We particularly do not arrange assessment-based financing that places a lien on your property — that product has caused a great deal of harm in Florida.

Can I claim the tax credit?

Possibly, and that depends on your circumstances. We are not tax advisers and will not tell you what you qualify for — ask a qualified tax professional before counting on it.

How long until it is switched on?

Installation is days; utility interconnection approval is weeks and is their timeline, not ours. We will give you a realistic figure rather than an encouraging one.

Wondering whether it is worth it?

A free assessment, and an honest answer — including when the answer is no.
